Terms & Conditions

1. Introduction

These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our website and music lesson services. By enquiring, booking, or paying for lessons with Music School of London LTD, you agree to these Terms.

2. Services

We provide one-to-one music lessons in person at our Central London studio and, where suitable, online. Lesson availability, teachers, schedules and pricing may change from time to time.

3. Enquiries, Booking & Communication

  • Website bookings are made via enquiry. Lesson times are confirmed directly by email/message.

  • A booking is confirmed once the lesson time is agreed and payment arrangements are set up.

4. Payment

  • Payments must be made in advance as agreed at the time of booking.

  • Intro lessons and initial payments may be taken via payment link.

  • Ongoing weekly lessons are typically paid in blocks of 4, which reserves the student’s weekly slot.

5. Lesson Blocks (Packs) & Ending Lessons

  • After the intro/trial lesson, lessons are usually booked in blocks of 4 (“lesson packs”).

  • Lesson packs are paid in advance and are used against scheduled lesson dates.

  • 4-lesson packs are valid for 5 weeks from the date of the first lesson booked in that pack. Any unused lessons after 5 weeks expire (unless the school agrees an extension in writing).

  • A regular weekly time can be arranged subject to availability.

  • Students can stop at the end of a pack. If you’d like to release or change a regular weekly slot, please give us notice as early as possible so we can offer it to another student.

  • To keep a regular weekly slot, the next pack should be purchased before the final lesson of the current pack.

6. Cancellations, Make-Ups & Refunds

Cancellations, make-ups, and refunds are governed by our Refunds & Lesson Policies, including our 48-hour cancellation policy.
The latest policy is published on our website and can be provided by email on request.

7. Late Arrival / Missed Lessons

  • If a student arrives late, the lesson will usually still finish at the scheduled end time.

  • If a student does not attend and no notice is given, the lesson is charged and cannot be rescheduled.

8. Teacher Changes / Cancellations

If a teacher needs to cancel due to illness or an unexpected issue, we will arrange one of the following:

  • reschedule the lesson,

  • provide a suitable substitute (where appropriate), or

  • apply a credit/refund.

9. Conduct

Students are expected to behave respectfully during lessons. We reserve the right to pause or terminate lessons if behaviour is disruptive, unsafe, or inappropriate.

10. Liability

Lessons are taken at the student’s own risk. We are not liable for any loss, injury, or damage incurred during lessons except where required by law.

11. Intellectual Property

All website content, including text, images and branding, is owned by us or used with permission. You may not reproduce or distribute any content without written consent.

12. Privacy

Personal data is handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

13. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
