Refunds & Lesson Policies
Lesson packs (how lessons are booked)
After the intro/trial lesson, lessons are usually booked in blocks of 4 (“lesson packs”).

Lesson packs are paid in advance.

4-lesson packs are valid for 5 weeks from the date of the first lesson booked in that pack.

This 5-week window provides a small amount of flexibility if you need to miss a week. Cancelation policy applies.

To keep a regular weekly slot, the next pack should be purchased before the final lesson of the current pack.
Lesson cancellations & rescheduling (48-hour rule)
Lessons are reserved especially for you at the scheduled time.

48 hours’ notice is required to cancel or reschedule a lesson.

Lessons cancelled with less than 48 hours’ notice are charged in full and count as used.

With 48+ hours’ notice, we will try to reschedule, subject to availability (not guaranteed).

Any rescheduled lesson must take place within the pack validity period (the 5-week window).

Illness, travel and work commitments are treated the same as any other cancellation — the 48-hour rule applies.
Online lessons
If you cannot attend in person, we may be able to run the lesson online at the usual time (subject to suitability). Online lessons count as taught.
If the teacher cancels
If your teacher needs to cancel due to illness or an unexpected issue, we will arrange one of the following:

Reschedule the lesson, or
-
Offer a suitable substitute teacher (where appropriate), or

Apply a credit/refund.
Refunds
Lesson packs are non-refundable once started, except in exceptional circumstances and at the school’s discretion.
Where a refund is agreed, it will be calculated fairly based on lessons already delivered and any outstanding fees due.
Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be available on our website.
