Refund Policy

1. Lesson Cancellations by Students

Lessons must be cancelled at least 6 hours in advance.
Cancellations made with less than 6 hours’ notice are non-refundable, but you may be offered a rescheduled lesson if possible.

2. Lesson Rescheduling

We are happy to reschedule lessons due to illness or other valid reasons, subject to availability.
Rescheduled lessons must be booked within 1 week of the original lesson.

3. Refunds

Refunds are only given in exceptional circumstances at our discretion.
Payments made for prepaid packages can be refunded for unused lessons, minus any sessions already taken.
